Let's Build A Legacy, LLC is led by Bridget Hardaway, MPA.  She has had a passion for service from an early age. Growing up in a small town didn’t limit her goals nor her desire to help people live their best lives, both personally and professionally. She brings to management consulting a strong work ethic and diligent nature that she inherited from her parents. She also brings research and communications skills that she developed in previous management analysis and contracting positions over the last 25 years. Using her innate gifts and skills honed during the first half of her career, Bridget can help all types of organizations, including government agencies and non-profits, and other businesses, build their desired legacies.  Bridget leads her consulting teams in a manner to maximize their strengths for the clients' benefit and engages other small businesses in the process. 

From her work with small businesses (from the start-up phase to fully operational), either as an employee or partner,  Bridget knows what it takes to be successful: technical know-how, determination, smart planning, wise counsel, and hard work. Success also requires working with highly motivated and skilled team members and advisors. To get and keep these team members, organizational leaders must stay in touch with cutting edge technology and methods to perform in their respective industries.  They must also lead the creation of productive working environments suited to today’s ever-changing market. 

Finally, Let's Build A Legacy is pleased to engage with consultants in public health, criminal justice,  pharma, and education.  They also offer a rich collection of skills in project management, program evaluation, writing and editing, graphic design, facilitation, meeting logistics, and IT.
